What happens to form details

The form helps you compose a message. While you type, your name, email, message and optional project details are processed in your browser. Our form code does not send them to the website server or save them in a database or localStorage. Draft details for each service are held only in the current page’s memory.

  • Prepare an email: details are passed to your email app as a draft. You send it from that app.
  • Continue in WhatsApp: the prepared text is passed to WhatsApp when the link opens. You send the actual message from the conversation.
  • Copy message: text is placed on your device’s clipboard. Once pasted elsewhere, it is also subject to that app’s privacy settings.

Provide only what is needed to discuss your project. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Drafts, clipboard contents and history in other apps are managed in those apps.

Purposes and legal bases

When you send us an email or WhatsApp message, we use your contact details, correspondence and project information to reply, prepare an offer and arrange collaboration. If you are an individual asking us to take steps before entering a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other professional correspondence, including communication with company representatives, is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business communication under Article 6(1)(f).

Once we agree a project, data may also be processed to perform the contract, meet legal duties or protect legal claims. Providing information for an initial enquiry is voluntary; without contact details and a sufficient description we may be unable to respond. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to handle enquiries.

Hosting and external services

The website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider and its infrastructure may process technical data to deliver and secure the site, including your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information. This is separate from the contents of an unfinished form. Hosting and data-processing terms are described in the ChatGPT Sites terms and Data Processing Addendum.

Email involves your mail provider; our mailbox is provided by Google. WhatsApp is also subject to its privacy policy. Data may be shared with providers necessary for an agreed service or recipients required by law. Some providers also operate outside the European Economic Area. Applicable processing terms describe any international transfers and safeguards; we do not claim that all data stays exclusively within the EU.

Fonts, YouTube, links and cookies

When pages load, fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts, connecting your browser to Google servers and transmitting technical information including your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.

The embedded YouTube player does not load automatically. It activates only after you click the playback button, which explains that it connects to Google/YouTube. We use youtube-nocookie.com; this does not mean playback involves no data processing. The rest of the website remains available if you do not activate the player.

Our code does not enable Google Analytics, advertising pixels or our own analytics or marketing cookies. Hosting technologies and services opened after a click may have their own rules. Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Muso.ai, maps and other platforms open external sites with their own data processing.

Retention

Our site does not persist unfinished form details. Received correspondence is kept while handling the enquiry and any resulting follow-up. Further retention depends on the duration of the collaboration, applicable legal periods and the need to protect legal claims; data no longer needed should be deleted. Technical hosting logs are subject to the provider’s terms. Ask us by email for information about retention of specific correspondence.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
